Shipping policy

 

Warm weather policies:

All products are packed with insulated packaging and ice packs, however we can not guarantee the package to arrive in perfect condition due to unforeseen carrier conditions.

When the temperatures are up to 85 degrees we will ship second day with ice packs and proper insulation, temperatures that exceed 85 degrees will need to be shipped next day with ice packs and insulation.   We cannot be responsible for packages left outside.  Please make arrangements for an alternate ship to address if your not home to receive it right away.

When shipping cold packed items, the order will not be shipped unless it’s able to be delivered before the weekend so that it does not sit in a warehouse over the weekend. It will ship the following Monday.
